The work I do is a combination of therapeutic bodywork and energy work by way of various modalities, specifically curated over the last 15 years, to encourage physical relaxation and induces a letting go to the nervous system. This allows our body to recover better, heal faster and motivates our entire system towards more balance and overall well-being. About Me Services Master Level Bodywork Specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio Sacral, Reiki, Vacuum cupping, gua sha and many others which are integrated as needed into each massage to help you as much as possible. Sessions are a combination of intuitive work for what your body needs and knowing what’s going on through pre massage intake. Doing both energy work to quiet and relax the nervous system as well as balance your energy centers and of course lots of body work to get you and your body feeling better, lighter and more capable. With an ever-expanding field of education in body work and energy work, your session will be one to bring you back to balance and healing. I generally do 90 minute and 2-hour sessions. These are fully integrated sessions meaning I’ll use any modality I have access to in order to help the best I can. I have 2 specialty sessions under what I call The Togle Method, which is how I best describe what it is I do in each session to be able to achieve the amazing results that I have the honor of facilitating. #toglemethod My signature massage is the Whole Self Session and with this we address everything from your physical aches, pains, injuries etc to your emotional well-being, energetic centers, spiritual health and your nervous system to ensure a more relaxed and less stressed system. This session is for everyone, in every field and every mode of life. And my signature treatment is The ALDT- The Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Treatment This is best described as a supercharged Manual Lymphatic Drainage session. This treatment was developed to support the lymphatic system, which is essential for maintaining a healthy immune system and overall well-being. Acting as the body's main sewage processing system, the lymphatic system handles fluids, toxins, and other substances released into our bloodstream. The health of our lymph nodes is vital, and this system helps keep them functioning optimally. The lymphatic system is located just beneath the skin, so lymphatic treatments use very light pressure, often described as "nickel weight." These feather-light strokes are unlike any traditional massage techniques. Typically, we rely on general movement—such as walking, running, and jumping—to maintain basic lymphatic function. However, many people do not intentionally care for their lymphatic system on a daily basis. I created this advanced treatment for 2 reasons; because regular, targeted attention to the lymphatic system can provide significant benefits. And for the 11% of the female population who have a condition called Lipedema which is a very painful and constrictive condition that can be mitigated with simple daily practices, like dry brushing for two minutes each morning and getting more advanced treatments like these done in a regular basis. Which can invigorate the lymphatic system and enhance overall health. This advanced treatment, however, acts as a supercharged lymphatic drainage session. **for those living with the condition Lipedema, I have special package deals for you for this treatment, so you can get it done on a more regular basis. The key to managing this condition is consistency of work. Initially I always suggest 6 weeks in a row of 1 or 2 sessions a week then the hope is to do one of these ALDT sessions a month.** Whole Self Session 90 minutes Full body therapeutic body work and energy work. Testimonials Hello, I was in last Saturday and had a deep tissue sports massage with Tonnia. I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had. First, I had never had a high end massage and was a bit uneasy. She was personable, profession, kind, and made me feel comfortable. Second, I came in with a back injury that had be plaguing me for about 9 months. I had been to doctors and chiropractors...had MRIs and XRays...and no one had been able to help me in the slightest. To say I was frustrated would be an extreme understatement. She immediately recognized it as a soft tissue problem and worked it out over the hour. She can come to you with all of her bulky equipment and give you the most thorough and wonderful massage of your life in the comfort of your own space. BUT what really stands out to me is her heart and energy. She radiates warmth and positivity and is so kind and generous. She is also very knowledgeable about other related healing things like crystals. Recommend over and over.
